Macon man accused of raping then-4-year-old girl
A 52-year-old Macon man was indicted Tuesday, accused of raping a now-teenage girl beginning when she was 4.
Robert Wayne Davis is charged with two counts of rape and two counts of child molestation, according to the indictment filed in Bibb County Superior Court.
Arrest warrants in the case allege the abuse occurred at residences in east and west Macon between 2004 and 2012.
Davis was arrested Jan. 27, 2016, and was released on $110,000 bond Feb. 19, according to jail records.
