An alleged shoplifter accused of pulling a gun on a Wal-Mart employee earlier this year in Macon was arrested Tuesday in Houston County.

Felenthean Deandre Grable, 28, was arrested by U.S. marshals from the Southeastern Regional Task Force and Bibb County sheriff's investigators who were acting on a tip to Macon Regional Crimestoppers, according to a sheriff's news release.

Grable was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and theft by shoplifting, the release said.

Jan. 4, Grable allegedly was caught shoplifting and escorted to the loss prevention office of the store at 6020 Harrison Road in Macon, where he pulled a gun on an employee and then fled. The incident resulted in the store being evacuated.

Grable was identified from store surveillance video. He is being held at the Bibb County jail.
