Macon woman's house hit with gunfire

A woman and four others were inside a Macon home hit by gunfire Tuesday night, according to a news release from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office.

Just before 9 p.m., shots were fired outside the house at 2437 Lincoln St., which is off Anthony Road about a block west of Interstate 75.

A crime scene technician gathered evidence at the scene and determined the woman's house had been hit by the gunfire.
