Miss America Betty Cantrell touts healthy living at Perdue Elementary in Warner Robins

Miss America Betty Cantrell spoke to third through fifth grade students at Perdue Elementary School Thursday morning in two separate assemblies at the school.

She spoke about her two-year journey to Miss America and how the students should never give up on their dreams, and she explained her platform, “Healthy Children, Strong America,” and encouraged the kids to eat healthy and make exercise a part of their everyday lives.
