Motorists take heed; traffic enforcement expected on Ga. 247 near Church St.
Complaints about motorists have prompted a concerted traffic enforcement effort Friday in the area of Ga. 247 and Church Street in Bonaire.
The Houston County Sheriff’s Office is warning motorists on Facebook to beware.
The sheriff’s traffic division will be out and out about in that area.
The action was prompted by complaints of people passing on the shoulder of the roadway and through parking lots, according to the agency’s Facebook post.
