Man found dead in Eastman house fire

Andrew Allen, 59, of 5809 Park Drive in Eastman was found dead in his burning home Saturday morning.

A neighbor called 911 just before 6:20 a.m. to report the fire, Dodge County Coroner Joe Smith said.

Allen's body was sent to the GBI crime lab for an autopsy, Smith said.

The Eastman police department is investigating along with the local fire department.
