Search underway for bandaged man missing from hospital
Navicent Health police and Bibb County sheriff’s deputies are looking for a Fort Valley man missing from The Medical Center.
Willie Joe King, 56, walked out of the hospital Sat. at about 12:40 p.m. and was headed east on First Street, according to a news release.
King is a black man with a graying goatee who is about 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds.
His left forearm is bandaged and he was last seen wearing a black shirt with red writing, khaki pants and black house shoes.
Anyone with information about King’s whereabouts is urged to call Navicent police at 478-633-1490 or the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office at 478-751-7500.
