Shane’s Rib Shack holds annual rib giveaway in Warner Robins

The first 100 people Saturday at a chain restaurant in Warner Robins will receive a free meal and a T-shirt.

Shane’s Rib Shack is holding its annual rib giveaway to the first 100 guests at each of its restaurants in Warner Robins located at 670 Lake Joy Road, Suite 400 and at 2907 Watson Blvd., according to a news release.

Customers on that day will receive a free half rack of slow-cooked baby back ribs, a 20-ounce drink and a special edition T-shirt in honor of the official start of the summer barbecue season, the release said.

“Our fans have been so loyal to us throughout the years and we want to take the time to tell them how much we appreciate their support. Our continued success is not possible without their devotion,” President Shane Thompson said in the release. “Shane’s Rib Shack comes from humble beginnings and we work to stay true to our roots.”

Thompson said the giveaway gives the restaurant the “opportunity to take a step back and see just how far we’ve come from that tiny shack in McDonough, Georgia 14 years ago.”
