Mercer's football program is working its way through the SEC as it sets up its non-conference schedule for the upcoming seasons.
Mercer announced Friday it will play at Vanderbilt on Sept. 5, 2020.

"We are excited about the addition of a SEC program in Vanderbilt to our 2020 schedule," said head coach Bobby Lamb. "This is a great opportunity to play in a great city like Nashville, an area we recruit heavily, and face a program that has experienced both academic and athletic success.”
The Bears’ future schedules now include five games against FBS programs, as they travel to Georgia Tech this season, take on Alabama and Auburn in 2017 and return to Tuscaloosa for another matchup with the Crimson Tide in 2021.
