After just missing out on his sixth British Open title last year, Tom Watson is turning back the clock again here at the Masters.
The two-time Masters winner has the lead early in the first round after shooting a 5-under-par 67. He made a nice birdie on the 18th hole and was greeted to a thunderous response from the crowd.
Speaking of thunder. Tiger Woods' first shot of the day led to some. The crowd around the first tee, about 30 paces to the back, right and left, roared its approval when Woods was introduced. He then smacked his tee shot right down the middle, which brought out another loud response.
Woods made a par on the first hole.
