Northside overcame an 18-point halftime deficit to stun North Cobb 27-24 on the road Friday.
The Eagles, who are the defending Class AAAAA champions, scored 21 unanswered points in the second half. Tobias Oliver tossed a touchdown pass with 21 seconds left and added a 2-point conversion for the three-point lead.
Oliver rushed for a touchdown and passed for another in the win, the 12th in a row for the Eagles.
Isaiah Nelson returned an interception 67 yards with five minutes left to pull the Eagles to within striking distance of the lead.
