Lanier Bonner, Gatewood – Bonner rushed for 207 yards and a touchdown in the Gators’ four-point loss to Thomas Jefferson.

Robert Brown, Westside – Brown had his second straight 200-yard rushing performance when he rushed for 231 yards and a touchdown on 23 carries in a 27-7 win over Jones County.

Cyprin Burse, Dodge County – The senior rushed for 180 yards and two touchdowns in the Indians’ near upset of Dublin.

Damian Johnson, Washington County – The Golden Hawks hulking lineman had 11 pancake blocks and nine “domination” blocks, according to head coach Joel Ingram. He led the way for 255 rushing yards for WACO, which dominated Troup in a 48-6 win.

D.J. Rozier, Johnson County – In what is becoming a weekly tradition, Rozier gets a nomination for another great offensive performance. The quarterback rushed for 183 yards and four touchdowns, and passed for 135 and a touchdown in a 52-20 win over Metter.
