CBS has elected to take a six-day option for next week's television slate, meaning the Georgia-Auburn game does not have a finalized kickoff time yet.

The option will allow CBS until Sunday to decide whether to put the Georgia-Auburn game at its 3:30 p.m. slot on Nov. 11. The other game CBS is choosing from is between Alabama and Mississippi State. If the network chooses Alabama-Mississippi State, then Georgia and Auburn will kick off at 7 p.m. and have their game televised on ESPN.

This will be the 121st meeting between the two teams, which dates back to 1892. Georgia holds a slight 57-55-8 advantage and has won the past three games against the Tigers.

If Georgia ends up on CBS, it will be its fourth time on the broadcast network this season.

Before facing Auburn, Georgia is set to play South Carolina Saturday at 3:30 on CBS. Auburn has a game Saturday against Texas A&M at noon.
