Only two practices remain. Just two, and then, Georgia Tech fans will be able to see the moment they have all been waiting for: the T-Day spring game.
But for the players, the real fireworks likely happened last Saturday, when they strapped up for their final unofficial scrimmage of the spring session. There were plenty of players who got reps with first-team units, including some of the quarterbacks, who ran with starting offensive lines and running backs. Players in the secondary, such as true freshman Isaiah Johnson and redshirt freshman Rod Sweeting also got in the mix with the starting units on the defense. In what was their final auditions before this weekend's spring game, players in competition for spots knew they had to shine.
In this entry, we'll look back a little at the last scrimmage, and we'll look ever so casually ahead at what the spring game might hold. And remember, the game is free and open to the public, and festivities start outside the stadium around 11 a.m.
