Hope and change.

Referring to Bill Cummings column, “What’s up with America?” in the Nov. 25 Telegraph. The short answers are the president’s campaign pledge of hope and change and his promise to “fundamentally change America.” The latter has been accomplished. His supporters and the working middle class are still awaiting the hope and change pledge.
