Bibb County high schools are already prepping their freshman to graduate, according to a school system news release.
Graduation coaches from each Bibb high school and the Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce are holding ceremonies starting this week with each freshman class to award students engraved pins that read, “2012” the year they graduate.
“This is an effort to join with the community to help promote on-time graduation,” said Lisa Herring, the school system’s director of student support services.
