Houston summer school registration approaching

Summer school registration is coming up for Houston County students. Classes will be held from June 5-30, and breakfast or lunch will be provided.

Middle school classes will be at Warner Robins High School, with separate sessions from 7:30-10:40 a.m. and 11 a.m. -2:10 p.m. Registration takes place at the school from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 30 and 31.

Cost is $175 for Houston County students and $400 for out-of-county students, with up to two classes allowed per child. All middle school students are eligible. For more information, call 478-929-7832.

High school classes will be at the Elberta Center in Warner Robins, with separate sessions from 9-11:30 a.m. and noon-2:30 p.m. Registration is at the school from 8 a.m.-noon and 2-4 p.m. May 31, and 8 a.m.-noon and 3-6 p.m. June 1. Cost is $175 per class, with up to four classes allowed for seniors.

Students may register if they are enrolled in Edge Academy or are seniors attending a Houston County school who need two or less classes to graduate. Out-of-county students will not be accepted. For more information, call 478-329-2227 ext. 48227.
