A woman was driving up North Avenue in east Macon on Feb. 25 when a guy in a red Toyota Camry swerved into her lane. She honked at him and drove on up Gray Highway. The Camry pulled alongside her, though, and the man driving it, according to a Bibb County sheriff’s report, “threw a Burger King drink filled with drink in her window.” The woman, 20, told a sheriff’s deputy that the hurled drink splashed all over her hair and the inside of her car. The report didn’t say what was in the cup, which was on the woman’s floorboard. She gave the deputy the man’s license plate number and the deputy went to the man’s house in nearby Jones County. The man, 39, said he didn’t throw anything. He said the woman had thrown a bottle at his car. He was cited for disorderly conduct.
