There are plenty of country music tunes about women and pickup trucks. But women and trucks and other matters of the heart at a country music concert may be a new one. Outside the Luke Bryan show in Macon’s Central City Park on Oct. 9, a Warner Robins man told the authorities that his wife had damaged his truck. The man, 44, said his wife yanked open a door on his 2012 Chevy Silverado “hard enough that it caused damage to the side body,” a Bibb County sheriff’s report noted. The man said that while they were at the concert his wife “became upset, saying that he was disrespecting her by dancing with other women.” The man said his wife, 46, “stormed off” back to the truck and flung open a door. The man told a sheriff’s deputy that he was reporting the matter “for documentation purposes,” the report said. “He did not want her arrested.”
