Four Macon residents were indicted Tuesday in connection with an alleged June 2014 car insurance fraud scam.
Linniece Victoria Starks, 20, and Sammie Lee Starks, 69, each are charged with two counts of insurance fraud stemming from allegations they filed claims saying they were involved in a car crash later found to have been staged for the purpose of collecting false insurance company payments, according to the indictment.
The indictment also charges Jonathan Gutierrez, 22, and Tamika Dashon Hogan, 21, of one count of insurance fraud. alleging they also claimed to be involved in a car accident later found to be staged.
