Another arrest was made Monday in connection with the fatal shooting incident at Wings Cafe last December.
Macon resident Master John Henry Brown, 24, was arrested around 3:15 p.m. by Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigators and members of the U.S. Marshal’s Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force. He was arrested without incident at a business near Spring Street and charged with six counts of aggravated assault and 12 counts of criminal street gang activity.
According to an indictment last month, Brown is accused of punching 24-year-old Jaquez Terrance Foster and tossing a lit cigarette and other items at guests in the club, located at 2822 Bloomfield Drive. Foster was injured but also faces murder charges for his role in the melee.
Brown was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Complex on Monday, and no bond has been set.
