Investigators made a second arrest Wednesday in connection with the deadly Wings Cafe shootout that occurred in December.
Macon resident Shavious Antwan Balkcom, 26, was arrested around 1:30 p.m. near College Park by investigators with the Bibb County Sheriff’s Special Investigations Unit, Gang Unit and the U.S. Marshal’s Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force, according to a news release from the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.
Balkcom is charged with six counts of aggravated assault and 12 counts of violation of the street gang terrorism and prevention act.
Balkcom is the second suspect located in the Atlanta area in two days. He was arrested without incident and transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Complex. No bond has been set for Taylor, according to the release.

Authorities are still looking for 30-year-old Tavarus Antwone Coney, who is charged with murder, aggravated assault and gun and gang charges, according to an earlier Telegraph article. Master John Henry Brown, 24, is also wanted on charges of aggravated assault and gang charges.
