A Macon man sought on allegations he participated in shooting at a man in September and stealing his shoes is now in custody.
Frank M. Boston, 19, of Jeffersonville Road, was indicted Tuesday along with Preston Montgomery Curry, 20, and Timothy Alexander Washington Jr., 19, on charges of aggravated assault and armed robbery.
Boston was booked into the Bibb County jail Thursday. His bond is set at $2,600, according to jail records.
Boston, Curry and Washington are accused of going to an address in the 1800 block of Clinton Road and robbing the man Sept. 3. They took his cellphones along with his shoes, according to the indictment filed in Bibb County Superior Court.

Curry, of Fort Hill Street, and Washington, of Wesleyan Drive, were arrested the day after the incident.
