A man wanted by Bibb County deputies for using fake identification to withdraw funds from a bank was arrested Saturday.
DeAndre M. Adams, of Atlanta, was taken into custody in Augusta after similar instances of identity fraud, according to a news release from the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.
Adams is suspected of illegally withdrawing nearly $600,000 from banks in the Southeast.
Bibb investigators are seeking warrants for his arrest, and a hold will be placed on him once his case clears in Augusta.
