A second person faces charges after a methamphetamine lab was discovered in a west Macon motel.
Bibb investigators interviewed 29-year-old Clyde Douglas Dupree Jr. and arrested him just after 4 p.m. Monday, according to a news release from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office.
Dupree, of Henderson Road in Macon, is charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and a parole violation.
Late Sunday, deputies found three people with a suspected methamphetamine lab in a third-floor room at the Bridgeview Inn & Suites at the corner of Harrison Road and Eisenhower Parkway.

The room occupants and three Bibb deputies were decontaminated in the motel parking lot early Monday morning.
Keith Andrew Hopper, 49, of a Hawkinsville Road address, was arrested just after 5 a.m. Monday and charged with possession of substances with intent to use to manufacture controlled substances.
The motel was evacuated for more than seven hours until the contents of the room could be safely disposed of.
A clerk estimated the motel lost between $1,000 - $1,500 because of the evacuation.
