Macon police are looking into an armed robbery that took place Wednesday in front of an apartment on Lowe Street, a report said.
According to the report, the victim was leaving his apartment about 3 p.m. when two men approached him. One man was armed with a shotgun while the other was armed with a pistol. The man with the shotgun demanded money from the victim, but he told them his wallet was in his residence. The gunman with the pistol forced the victim inside his residence to get his wallet.
The two armed men, both wearing ski masks, then fled on foot northbound on Lowe Street. No one was injured during the incident.
