A 51-year-old man was bound with duct tape and robbed about 7:30 p.m. Friday during a home invasion in the 3300 block of Vineville Avenue, according to Macon police.
The man told police that a man and woman entered his apartment with a gun and ordered him and his girlfriend to get onto the floor, according to a police report released Monday.
The girlfriend said both intruders were wearing masks. The intruders bound the man’s wrists and covered his eyes with duct tape. They struck him repeatedly on the head with what the man thinks was a gun, according to the report.
The intruders left after taking $450 from the man during the incident.
