The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a home invasion and armed robbery that took place early Sunday morning at the Hawaiian Village Mobile Home Park.
According to a sheriff’s report, two roommates were returning to their mobile home when they encountered two masked intruders.
Two other men who lived in the mobile home were asleep at the time. The masked gunmen attacked the residents and bound them with duct tape. Two of the victims were struck multiple times. The masked men took cash and cell phones before fleeing.
