A Macon police officer subdued a suspect with pepper spray after the man resisted arrest, a report stated.
According to the report, the officer was in pursuit of Frank Green, 48, of Lakeshore Avenue, on Tuesday. He caught up with Green, who allegedly took a swing at the officer, who was attempting to place Green in handcuffs.
Green then allegedly took a second swing at the officer, who used his pepper spray to subdue Green.
Green was arrested and charged with obstruction.
