Macon police find car used in robbery

Macon police have found the vehicle used in a Tuesday robbery in the parking lot of Bank of America, 2720 Riverside Drive. The vehicle was recovered in the 700 block of Forest Ridge Drive on Tuesday night, according to a news release.

Police say a man approached a customer in the bank parking lot about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday and snatched a bag from the customer. The man then left in a white vehicle with Georgia tag 866LKD and was last seen driving south on Riverside Drive, according to the release.
