Teen indicted in March shooting

An 18-year-old Macon teenager was indicted Tuesday in connection with a March 29 shooting outside Dirty Iguana, 543 Plum St., according to Bibb County Superior Court records.

Keith Gyrone Foster Jr., of Baxter Avenue, is charged with two counts of aggravated assault and one count of participation in criminal street gang activity, according to the indictment.

Foster allegedly shot 19-year-old Kenya Palmer, of West Grenada Terrace, and 16-year-old Davone Frazier, of Suwanee Avenue, in the ankle during a teen night at the club.

Club owner Manish Patel has said the shots were fired at the corner of Plum and Third streets, not in front of his business.Foster is being held at the Bibb County jail on $55,100 bond, according to jail records.
