A man listed as a “most wanted” fugitive in Oklahoma has been arrested in Dublin on charges stemming from a drive-by shooting, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
Marston Lawrence Tolin is accused of pulling alongside a vehicle with several women inside and opening fire on them. No one was injured, according to a news release.
Investigators in Oklahoma tried to arrest Tolin after the shooting, but he ran away. U.S. Marshals developed information that Tolin had fled to Dublin and relayed the information to local marshals, according to the release.
He was arrested at a Dublin residence Wednesday after initially refusing to answer the door, according to the release.
