Two robbery suspects indicted in Bibb County

Two men accused in two separate armed robberies were indicted by a Bibb County grand jury Tuesday.

James Burnett Abram Jr., 48, of Nelson Street, is charged with armed robbery stemming from his allegedly displaying a knife to a clerk at Flash Foods, 4314 Pio Nono Ave. on Feb. 26 and grabbing cash from a register, according to Bibb County Superior Court records.

He is being held at the Bibb County jail without bond, according to jail records.

In a separate case, 20-year-old Brandon Allen Cooper, of Spencer Circle, is charged with two counts of armed robbery stemming from his allegedly robbing two Telegraph vendors in March in the Chambers Road area, according to court records. Cooper is being held at the Bibb County jail without bond, according to jail records.
