Macon teenager shot twice while riding bicycle

A 14-year-old boy was shot twice Sunday night while riding his bicycle, according to the Macon police.

The teen was riding his bike on Roy Street at Huff Lane about 11:42 p.m. when he was shot twice — once through the left shoulder and once through the left thigh — by a man identified by the alias “Man-Man” who walked toward him with a gun, according to the police.

The teen’s injuries are not life threatening, according to the police.

Five shell casings were discovered at the scene by police, according to a police report. A relative of the teen told police that “Man-Man” and “Man-Man’s” cousin spoke with the teen before walking toward Huff Lane. The teen followed the two down a hill and multiple shots were fired, according to the report.
