A Macon man has been released from the hospital after being struck by a car following a pool hall fight early Wednesday morning.
Stacy Cooper, 38, of Wallace Road, was hit by a car outside The Hole Thang, 1705 Shurling Drive, just after 2 a.m., according to a Macon police report.
A witness told police Cooper was involved in a fight with another man inside the pool hall. Staff members escorted the other man outside and Cooper followed, according to the report.
Cooper yelled at the other man as the man drove off in a green Honda Accord and circled back toward Cooper, according to the report.Driving past Cooper, the car reversed direction and hit him before speeding off, according to the report.

Cooper was taken to The Medical Center of Central Georgia where he was treated and released, according to a hospital spokeswoman.Anyone with information is asked to call the police at 751-7500 or Macon Regional CrimeStoppers at (877) 68-CRIME.
