Macon man accused of Flash Foods robbery arrested

A 49-year-old Macon man was arrested Friday in connection with an armed robbery Feb. 26 at the Flash Foods convenience store, 4314 Pio Nono Ave, according to a Macon police news release.

James Abram Jr. is accused of displaying a knife to a clerk, grabbing cash from a register and then running from the south Macon business toward Dewey Street at about 9 p.m.

Abram, of 1055 Putnam St., remains in custody at the Bibb County jail without bond.
