Arson suspected in Macon house fire

Two men watching a movie looked outside early Sunday morning to find an exterior wall of their house on fire, according to the Macon police.

The men told officers they heard a crash and then saw flames on the side of 275 Clisby Place just after midnight, according to a police report.

The men extinguished the fire with a garden hose.

Officers later found remains of three Molotov cocktails and smelled gasoline, according to the report.

The fire damaged a small section of siding.

One of the men reported seeing an unknown vehicle speed away from the house, according to the report.
