A stickup at a Warner Robins business Friday morning made the third armed robbery to occur on Elberta Road in less than a month.

It was about 10 a.m. when two masked men toting guns walked inside the Shell gas station in the 800 block. They demanded money and left with it, according to a news release from the Warner Robins Police Department.

A similar crime took place nearby earlier in the week.

Just after noon Tuesday, two masked men walked inside Family Dollar in the 500 block and reportedly pointed a gun at the heads of two people before taking money and leaving.

Early afternoon on April 20, down in the 1900 block, three men toting handguns walked inside Rocky's Quick Stop, demanded money and left with it.

It was unclear whether the crimes are connected.

Anyone with information about these crimes is urged to call Macon Regional Crimestoppers at 1-877-68-CRIME.
