Certified trainers and instructors will offer “Free Workout Saturdays” in Perry’s Rotary Centennial Park, 650 General Courtney Hodges Blvd.
The workouts are offered through Anytime Fitness of Perry beginning at 9 a.m. Adults of all ages and all fitness levels should wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes, and bring a water bottle.
The workouts are open to all adults, not only members of Anytime Fitness. They will be offered all five Saturdays in May.
“We want our community to be as healthy and active as possible -- and we hope that the Free Workout Saturdays will show folks how fun exercise can be and how good it can make you feel,” Anytime Fitness manager Bob Johnson said in a statement.
