Those who see the buzzard can fill out a form noting the date and time to be entered in a drawing to win $100. The contest ends Dec. 31.

The Buzzard Drop New Year’s Eve event will feature two bands, Jettison Blue at 8 p.m. and the Has Beens at 9 p.m.
