Warner Robins police investigating home invasion, commercial armed robbery

Warner Robins police are investigating a home invasion and an armed robbery that happened Monday.

Police were dispatched at 1:43 p.m. to the home invasion at a Cornelia Drive residence, Jennifer Parson, public information officer for Warner Robins police, said in an email.

One suspect was described as an 18- to 20-year-old black man wearing a red jacket and khaki pants, Parson said. Another suspect was described as a tall black male with a slim build who was wearing a gray hat, gray and white hoodie and black pants.

The suspects took the victim’s cellphone and fled, Parson said. Nobody was hurt.

Dollar General robbed

At 10:49 p.m., Monday officers were dispatched to an armed robbery of the Dollar General at 1515 Russell Parkway, Parson said.

The armed suspect took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing, Parson said. No one was hurt.

Warner Robins police also investigated an armed robbery of another Dollar General as well as armed robbery at a residence late Friday.
