Police were investigating two stickups Tuesday.

In both armed robberies, which were hours apart, the suspect wore dark clothing, a red bandanna and white gloves, as seen in surveillance photos released by Warner Robins police.

Police were dispatched at 10:23 p.m. to the armed robbery of the Dollar General at 2541 Watson Blvd., said Jennifer Parson, public information officer for Warner Robins police in an email.

The suspect is described as a black male who stands about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 150 to160 pounds, Parson said.

The suspect demanded money from the employee and fled with undisclosed amount of cash, Parson said. A surveillance photo shows the suspect pointing a handgun.

No one was injured and no customers were in the store at the time of the incident, Parson said.
