A 27-year-old man acted like he may have had a weapon when he attempted to rob a bank teller last week, according to an arrest warrant.

Christopher Jermone Buckles, of Warner Robins, was being held Tuesday afternoon in the Houston County jail on the charge of robbery. Bond was set at $5,000.

Sometime between 1-2 p.m. Friday, Buckles went into the Wells Fargo at 2714 Watson Blvd. and attempted to rob a teller by intimidation, according to the warrant.

Buckles allegedly put a hand in his pants pocket indicating he possibly had a weapon and demanded of the teller, “Give me all your money.” He also allegedly held out his other hand to collect the money, according to the warrant.

Buckles was taken into custody shortly afterward, said Jennifer Parson, public information officer for Warner Robins police.

“No one injured. Nothing taken,” Parson said in an email Tuesday.
