The annual Anita Ponder & Friends Holiday Feast for All is looking for donations and volunteers.
The communitywide event provides a meal, free haircuts and clothing to the needy on Christmas Day. Toys are given to needy children.
Now in its 19th year, the event needs donations of toys, blankets, toiletries, clothing, socks, coats and shoes. The clothing and shoes should be slightly used or new.
For the dinner, donations of canned side dishes -- green beans, cranberry sauce and yams -- also are needed, according to a flier announcing the event.
