Investigators identified the body of a man found floating in a private lake in Dodge County on Monday night, according to a news release.
Capt. Tony Winborn, a spokesman for the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office, said Wednesday that the state crime lab identified the body as that of Enrique “Ricky” Lopez, 21, of Eastman.
According to autopsy results, Lopez died from drowning.
The release stated there is no evidence of foul play.
Toxicology results are still pending and will take several months. According to witnesses, Lopez was last seen alive Saturday night, allegedly intoxicated at a mobile home park adjacent to the lake.
The case remains under investigation.
