Police looking for info on injured man

Macon police on Friday night were trying to identify a man found seriously injured near the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and Edgewood Avenue.

Lt. Eric Woodford of the police traffic division, who was at the scene about 9:45 p.m., said the man had no identification on him and investigators as yet had no witnesses who could say how he got his injuries. By that time the man had been taken to the Medical Center of Central Georgia, where he was listed in critical condition.

Police received a call about the incident about 8:09 p.m., according to a dispatcher.
