Those traveling Interstate 75 to and from Byron might have to detour this weekend.
The Georgia Department of Transportation will be working from 9 p.m. Friday until 10 a.m. Saturday at Ga. 49 at exit 149.
The off ramp will be closed as crews replace the concrete slab at the Peach County exit.
Southbound drivers will be detoured to the next exit at mile marker 146 at the Ga. 247 Connector so they can travel back north to exit at Byron.
Similar work will begin at 9 p.m. Saturday on the I-75 southbound on ramp, which will be closed until about 10 a.m. Sunday.
Those wanting to enter I-75 South at Byron will be directed to Exit 153 at Sardis Church Road.
The schedule could change depending on the weather.
