The Houston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating three drive-by shootings over the weekend that resulted in one minor injury.
The first shooting happened shortly after midnight Thursday at 117 Thornblade Avenue in Warner Robins, according to a release. Several shots rang out, with bullets striking the residence and a car. No one was injured.
About 11:40 p.m. Saturday a residence at 157 Maplewood Drive in Bonaire was struck by gunfire, but no one was injured. About 8 a.m. Sunday, at the same location, shots were heard again. This time two other residences were hit as well as the 157 Maplewood Drive house. One person suffered a minor injury while running away from the gunfire.
A person of interest is being questioned in the Sunday incident. It is not known whether the three shootings are related.
