How long have you been in business?: Sleeth started his printing business in 2005 in a retail store that was combined with another business. He also was reselling ink cartridges and toner, and he sold that business to take PrinterShoppe nationwide, which is what he did in 2007.
The company’s top-selling printed products are business cards, postcards, brochures and banners, he said. It offers more than 40 different products.
“I collect business cards as a hobby -- I’ve been doing that for about 30 years. It wasn’t the reason I got into the printing business, but it may have helped. ... I have over 250,000 business cards.

“Business cards is our No. 1 seller -- it’s probably 60 percent of our business. ... It’s a physical connection to your customer.”
What do you like best about your job?: “I guess the biggest thing is the reaction my clients have with the quality of the product for the price. I get enjoyment out of hearing their satisfaction.”
What is your specialty?: “Quality was first in my decision when I set up the company, and then I aggressively priced (the products) to the higher quality. ... If I offer the best quality available, then nobody can beat me ... then we try to be aggressive in price.
“We have flat-rate wholesale design fees. ... We don’t charge by the hour.”
What are your future plans?: Sleeth plans to open an office in Warner Robins within a few months to give clients better access.
