Chipotle Mexican Grill will open the doors to its first Macon restaurant Monday.
The restaurant, located at 120 Tom Hill Sr. Blvd., will be open 11 a.m.-10 p.m. each day, according to a news release.
The 2,778-square-foot restaurant will feature indoor and outdoor seating for almost 90 guests.
The restaurant opening is bringing about 30 new jobs.

The Macon Chipotle will offer menu items including burritos, tacos, burrito bowls (burritos minus the tortilla) and salads.
Diners can choose from meats including carnitas (pork), steak, barbacoa or chicken, as well as vegetarian options such as Sofritas (tofu) and grilled vegetables, black and pinto beans, and homemade guacamole.
Chipotle opened its first restaurant in 1993 and now operates more than 1,800 restaurants.
